ECSA collaborators round 2025: The final stretch

ECSA collaborators round 2025: The final stretch

Dear friends and collaborators,

Softly though swiftly as it did, the collaborator part of the current ECSA raise opened this month, and we’re a good stretch in already. So good, in fact, that thanks to all those of you who’ve already committed their support, well over half of the round’s cap is in dry towels.

Now we are looking to take the final leap, and we’re asking you to help us make it, to fund and motor the postcapitalist economies into existence that we need to move beyond the dark age of extraction.

All that is needed is another 8 to 10 people to commit by the end of the monthCan you be 1?

If you so might, send us a mail at team@ecsa.io and we’ll send you the SAFT-agreement and the round terms for checking. Or, if you have concrete questions and would prefer a quick talk, we will be dedicating this week Wed 24 and Thu 25 Sep for speaking with anyone interested in giving support. Just mail us at team@ecsa.io and we’ll get back to you with available times in your time zone.

Below more info on why we raise, how the raise works, and further basics on our outlook. Take a look!

💪 Thank you for helping to make this happen! 💪

Till in a few,

ECSA

Why we raise now

We raise now because figuring out the Network Liquidity Bridge in the last year has meant a major step toward making postcapitalist network computation fundable from present market logics. The Bridge builds on the Postcapitalist Space Protocol, with which we formalized where to intervene in the code of economic computation so as to compute beyond capital. The Bridge now offers the instrument to connect and convert from existing capital computation to the much more capable computation of network-native postcapital, while protecting the network from extraction. With this, postcapital computation is becoming a realistic, long-term advantageous position, and we are ready to take the next steps toward making it real.

How the raise works

With this round, we offer first participation to friends and collaborators at special conditions. In a second step, we will open for selected anchor investors, and follow through to a public sale from there. The deal now is in great terms for friends who also understand that participation is a long-view investment in foundational economic R&D and breakthrough protocol infrastructure. So this is not meant for everyone yet. — It requires your conviction and desire to take part in the making of a change in how the economy works.

More basic info

The ECSA project: Network-native economic computation

Computational networks are a new economic medium, but still today they remain trapped in an economic coordination grammar designed for a past world. To overcome this and unlock true network-native economic agency, ECSA is developing a network-native grammar for economic agency and coordination that allows economic networks to independently define, measure, and distribute value.

The Economic Space Protocol: Network-native economic computation as a protocol

The Economic Space Protocol provides the basic grammar for network-native economic agency. It is not another blockchain, another market, or another platform. It is an innovation at the fundamental level of economic computation that allows networks to be aware of and compute their own value flows, relationships and governance. The ESP provides a programmable “full economic API” for defining and coordinating value at the network level.

The seed round

To fund the development of this protocol, we are now raising through a SAFT, by our foundation in Switzerland. The ticket size for friends and collaborators is USD 10k to 50k. We officially opened the round on Monday, 1 Sep 2025, 0:00 CET and will keep it open until Tuesday, 30 Sep 2025, 24:00 CET, or until the cap is reached. After closing for collaborators, we’ll open for strategic anchor investors (selected VCs, DAOs, networks) to finalize the raise.
